I've been scouting around for a very long time and I've set my eyes on one watch, which is the Casio Edifice model EF-327D-5AV. I went to Tesco's Time Galeria to check out this model and was shocked by what I've found out there. This model is available there but it cost a whooping Rm500 before discount and there was a 20% discount (which it may cost Rm400 after discount).I wondered why is it so expensive because it is just a very simple watch with date,day,time function and without tachymeter or stopwatch like some other models..or..maybe because its a new model? It was launched on February 2009.

Anyway,I went home and did some homework and surf by a couple of website and realize that its price is around Rm280~300, not more than 400 or even 500. Just imagine how these watch shop try to rip people off even after having any discounts and promotion.

I surfed Lowyat.Net(LYN) and found a suitable dealer and trusted dealer (i looked at other people's comments and reviews about his services).I pmed him for that model i wanted and so happens his supplier got this model.I texted him on monday and he replied and I confirmed on the order and he order from his supplier. I pay to him via Bank-in while he will courier the watch to me.It cost me Rm280 for the watch + courier cost (better than the first dealer i went for ,he charge me Rm300 for both).

I got the watch today around 12.45 and is very content with the watch and the dealer. I commented on his services on his thread in LYN.
