Leadership

Lately i've been busy and lazy at the same time. I seem to be fanatic about quotes lately.

Since i'm the leader of all the group assignments. Quotes about leadership that i have come across is somehow very true. Here are some examples:

A general is just as good or just as bad as the troops under his command make him.
-General Douglas MacArthur

In my situation, i wanted to be the leader and got the chance because my group members are all blur. Even if i suddenly don't want to be the leader, it can't be change because its a decision that i can't make but to accept.

No man can stand on top because he is put there
-H. H. Vreeland

But the following quote doesn't seem to work much for me.

The real leader has no need to lead--
he is content to point the way.

-Henry Miller

And it seems quite true....

A leader is a dealer in hope.
-Napoleon Bonaparte

If there is a group and nobody wanted to the leader. They will be no different then being lost in a dark forest. Well, at least until someone points a direction. Then he/she is automatically the leader, acclaimed by the members of the group.

PS : REMEMBER THIS, everybody can be a leader. There are such things as natural leaders but that doesn't mean only them can be leaders. Its all about inniative and able to carry the weight that comes with being a leader.
