Well, nothing much.
Just to post a post about one of the greatest lecturer i've seen (so far). He is the almighty Mr.Joe or in full ,Mr Timothy Chan Liem Joe. He is tall, he is big, he is cuddly, he is funny and of all, he is our ( my ) beloved lecturer.
This sem, he taught me Writing For Mass Comm and for the 3/4 of last sem, he taught me Public Speaking.
When he first came into the lecture hall of DDK1 in this sem, i remembered it very clearly, everybody cheered and screamed, he got a hell of a welcoming rawr/cheer. Everybody is glad its Mr.Joe is their lecturer. I know it, because i'm one of them cheering also. =D
Last sem my lecture venue is in DDK3, a way smaller hall for 160 compare to DDK1, a way larger hall or 360+ students. During his time in DDK3, he didnt use the microphone with the excuse of "my voice over the mic very sexy" and again, in DDK1, we thought for sure he is going to use the mic because the venus is just so damn big and then he picked up the mic and say "im not going to use the mic because my voice very sexy and you all will fall asleep" and then he said he wanted to us to be silent and only laugh or make noise approriately (in this case, means his joke). Everybody can live with that and he put down the mic and use his largely loud voice that trembles through the corners of the lecture hall.
Through out the past sem2, everything is fine, there were laughs, well, main laughs from hard or cold jokes either way. He lived in the same room in Grand Kampar Hotel with Mr Abel Lee. (1 big 1 small) and GKH is very close to Haji Ghany. One time me, kan ming,ah liang, jason, steven and Kelvin Ow went there and we called Mr Joe over for some light chats and then after for 10 mins, his 100 plus didnt arrive then he ran over across the road to Gold Label to entertain other students. (Popularnya)
This sem is his second last sem (in UTAR) and last sem (in UTAR Kampar) and we (as in the students in his lecture/tutorial) are proud and glad to have Mr Joe as our lecturer/tutor.
A well deserved solute to you, the almighty Mr Joe.
ps: Mr Joe say if find him in PJ he belanja makan.
Here is a video on the last lecture (literally last lecture) of Mr Joe in Kampar. Singing Jay Chow song and of course, his favourite song, When You Say Nothing At All by Ronan Keating
-Stay Tuned-
